My name's Kellon Lee from Tensas Parish. I partner with my dad and my uncle, with Lee Farm's Partnership.

With Cropwise Imagery, we're learning more and more ways that I think it's going to really open some doors up, to see what we can do during the crop, with pesticides, with insects, with fungicides, and be able to have more ways than just conventional scouting, to see what actually is going on in the crop.

I highly suggest using Cropwise. There's a lot more to find out about it, and to learn from it, than we even realized. And we've been involved with AgriEdge and Cropwise for a long time, and we use it for mapping, for yield maps, for variety maps. It's a lot of help.

Cropwise Imagery allows Kellon Lee to share insights with stakeholders on various aspects of his operation, from irrigation to fertilization. He can review images and maps on a field-by-field basis and compare them over time.

My name's Kellon Lee from Tensas Parish. I partner with my dad and my uncle, with Lee Farm's Partnership.

This year, we really got to see what Cropwise Imagery could help with. And we were playing with getting to see a lot of end crop imagery, where irrigation was changing, and fungicides were applied or not applied, and how that helped, and was able to apply that to our yield maps.

We actually were able to focus in on two different fields that we were wanting to compare, two things that were going on, which was some fertility issues and some irrigation. And being able to help with our landlords, show them more proof of what we could do with irrigation, and things like that. All this imagery was able to help us paint that picture, and helps with those conversations. It has been a big help, in more ways than we imagined.

Kellon Lee’s AgriEdge specialist, Loren Stelly, works closely with Lee Farms Partnership to implement new Cropwise tools and features. Stelly also helps them understand the benefits of the AgriEdge partnership.

Our specialist is Loren Stelly. We worked together a lot with our maps and our imagery, and we've developed a really good friendship, probably speak nearly on a weekly basis, especially during the growing season. Loren's been a lot of help being able to understand the partnership, and being able to find ways that'll help us, even opening up new things with fungicides, and being able to tell things during the crop, what we're actually seeing, and how that's helping.

The technology and the digital side of farming, today, is ever evolving, to the point that we're just trying to keep up with it. Having specialists like Loren and being able to help us understand it and stay on track and be able to keep up with what's offered, and how many new things are there that are all great tools to help.
